Hello Kerplunk17, my player name: vilm
I registered on your site in January 2014 and several times redeemed chips to my Bitcoin wallet, but now I can not log in to my account - your system displays a message: "No player with that name exists!" or "Unknown player: vilm" and require to register a new account!?
Lately, I've had about 30 chips won in my account. Does this mean that I have lost these chips?...I am very much saddened by this fact!
Can you help me recover my account?

Well it's not technically a freeroll if you gotta deposit 
It is a freeroll even if you have to deposit. Freeroll is a tournament with no entry fee. You can deposit play freeroll and withdraw. So you don't really invest anything to play it. Deposit is like a key to open the door to the freeroll which you can keep. Also most of the freerolls doesn't require any deposit but it could have additional requirements to enter it. But as mentioned before freeroll is tournament with no entry fee (if talking about poker).
