Most of the escrow on this list of Recommended bitcointalk escrow services does have a minimum amount and percentage of the fee.I know there are some reputable escrows too that are generous and helpful that's willing to help the trade for free, you can find them on Services.
Thanks for the tip... I don't mind sending first if escrow fee will be an issue I just need a few pennies to hold myself. Times are hard
