As a startup we often need to recruit talented designers and front-end developers. For our next recruitment drive we thought we would make it a little more interesting by gamifying it
We have just launched our Facebook page fb.com/uxchallenge through which we will be running a number of UX based competitions with real prize money for the winners, as well as future recruitment opportunities.
Our goal is to create a pool of talent and an active community from which we and other startups can find the right people.

The first challenge will be opened within the next few days, the winning entry will receive 150 euro worth of Bitcoin.
