15000 : 90000 hits
Hitleap gives unique ip hits to each link that you provide.
Multiple sources of false info there.
So first

You have to pay extra time for that. Wont be the 1:6 ratio he advertised.
Hitleap estimates the ratio is around 1 minute : 3 views.
Next:
"1 minute : 6 Hits"
Won't be like that.
Some sites load really slowly through hitleap for some reason, so you probably wont get all 6 views.
Should do atleast 20 seconds.
Just my 2 bits from my experience, obviously things like that won't be exact.
But I can guarantee you you won't get 90k unique views from his hitleap account.
