Gox has just verified my account and I have sent blo8i the BTC that I owed him.
My sincerest apologies that their AML process took this long. They initially declined my verification application for some illegitimate reason so I needed to resubmit for reapproval.
However, I now have access to all of my funds that they held and I can say that I won't be using Mt Gox for storing anything with them in the future.

Mt.Gox has replied to me. They want me to get my account verified with them in order to enable Bitcoin withdrawals.
