1.5BTC transfer to BTC-E just disappeared... they deny giving me the address

So last month, I initiated a withdrawal from mtgox to btc-e address 1ApNaCE43dF1Ltw391cXsw2CKQEMAR3Yeo. The withdrawal showed up on the blockchain (https://blockchain.info/tx/e3d74d9500e7c36951ee7edb6a1b24dd3a2d1f1889333d2453840ba0669bbf35).

However, the btc never showed up my btc-e account. I contacted support about it multiple times, but in broken english they just told me to use a different btc-e address for deposits, and later that they didn't know that address. I have a screenshot of them showing that exact address as my deposit address, which I'll include.

My guess is I'm out of luck here, as their support doesn't seem to understand or want to help at all, but I figured it was worth sharing...

If anyone from BTC-E will look into this, the tickets I filed are RIZ-139-55640 and QXF-285-15201.
