some people will lose out, that's how it goes.

Not sure why you would view that as sketch since it's the truth.  Not everyone can win with these "games".
Yeah, but you usually expect that it's not over at the third level already. I don't know, it just struck me as particularly sketchy, it's just a gut feeling I had. It seemed to me like an explanation beforehand that he could use after he ran with the money. "You know, 3 guys got paid and not everybody can win, so ... tough luck for the rest of you!"

I lost 8 BTC's total... But I knew the risk, and I've got a few of them laying around so it wasn't a problem
Haha, you have a few bitcoins lying around? That's sounds funny...I wonder how many "a few" is Smiley

Smiley Yup... It's private, but there's a few in there Wink

Yup, you should always enter these games knowing you'll never get it back, then if you do, it's great!

Yeah, ok, you're right. I didn't know that fact. But it looked really sketchy to me, especially the phrase "some people will lose out, that's how it goes." threw me off.

I hate to say this ... But it was kind of obvious. He didn't even bother to make a website, just some Google spreadsheet. Easy money for him.

So no website = scam?

When I first made mine it was with a google spreadsheet... and that's what everyone was doing it with for a long time.

I was paid back, it's unfortunate that I was the last Sad  Spreadsheet pyramids were all there were a month ago with almost no scams to be seen, so that previous experience got the better of me and I'm sure a few others as well.

Glad,I only placed about .14 btc though.Definitely won't be gambling anymore and will stick to trying to mine exclusively.Next time it might be a good idea to use an Escrow.

So Yellowcar scammed us and ran off with ~10BTC ... So much for "just for rep."

This sucks!

So when will the sheet be updated and the payouts be made? There is some movement in blockexplorer but not in the sheet or the payouts.

Ya, I see that he logged in at "Today at 07:34:14 am" (an hour ago), but that was it, and BitExplorer show's a balance of 0... Hmmm, What's going on yellowcar?

Let's make this interesting... Bwahahaha ...  Sent another 4...

I'll vogue for you man, Rep is great so far... I've been getting all of my deposits..

Thanks for the high paybacks!

... Your deposits discourage people to participate in this game... It's always better to start with small amount. Let's say, I'll send 1 btc, but you personally need 10 BTC to be paid off now,  I have to wait until 17,5 btc will be deposed,  as far as average deposit for this kind of games are about 1 btc, I want to be sure that there about 10-20 others who are ready to join, but I'm not sure at all... I think its not only me to share this opinion. + Double trouble games are not popular now. So, it's deadlock, I think.
But hope it's not, good luck.

Troll...

From what I can see, In the block explorer, there is 9.6 in the block, there is enough to pay everyone, including my first 4 BTC deposit... This also should encourage high rollers, and the smaller depositors... It goes more in waves.

Your attempt to scare the nubs from this Pyramid... tsk, tsk...

Just want to start a quick pyramid.  some people will lose out, that's how it goes.  I'm not in it to make BTC, I just want some good rep around here really as I have some items I would like to sell and ideas for more fun games.

-It will pay out 1.5x what you put in.
-there is no fee for me, just 0.01 BTC to cover the transaction fee
-the address is:
Code:
1NmDB8pDFaY2WC5iTYAuFm7Yff145acWDw

Spreadsheet: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_US&hl=en_US&key=0AmcHoqQeOcSTdGJrMHVnVHNmdWEyLWVzWG5xZ08yWFE&output=html
Block: http://blockexplorer.com/address/1NmDB8pDFaY2WC5iTYAuFm7Yff145acWDw

Get in quick for easy payout!  (I went with 1.5x just to make sure there was a chance for a lot of people to get payouts.)

Any questions post them now but it is open right away.
