Thanks for the information, i did a bit further research and found out there was a company (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psystar_Corporation) which sold computer with hackintosh.
Obviously they got sued and eventually dissolved, so i'm sure OP's company will meet same fate and the customer won't get any support at all.

Basically a $900 premium for them to install MacOS for you on the base SKU, and more profit for them whenever you upgrade (3700X can be bought for $275 and 3900X for $420, while they charge $300 for the upgrade). Case is a modified/photoshopped Lian Li TU150 and they're using the OpenCore name without approval from the developers of OpenCore.

Assuming they don't straight up scam you, this is a horrible purchase to make.
