This thing happen on Bitgrail is an inside job. How can they be assured the 17 million NANO and that was so easily to happen. I have a friends of mine who loss a lot because of this incident. Well every exchange always have to secured the funds of their customer or in the end they will be nothing.
I feel really bad for those who were effected by this nonsense! I used bitgrail to purchase my XRB before, But i withdrew them to my wallet immediately as i do most of my coins!
