Congrats that you got your transaction confirmed. If you pay viabtc service which is 0.01btc and I don't have any idea why do anyone has to use it, you will get confirmation or money back. Another way is pushtx.btc.com and they can offer low fee sometimes but usually none of them worths to pay. I tried pushTX and they want $6000 US dollars...CEX.IO sent me a transaction, which contains 137 inputs and 16 output @ 22 sat/B, with over 40,000 bites...
