I once bet 100 Bitcoins on a 1:2 chance and lost.

You should be able to recover your password and Login ID with this https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password?guid=

I also have an old 19 word blockchain.info seed. Checked it with that tool. I already knew how much would be on it, only a good Dollar of Bitcoin and 17 cents in Bitcoin Cash. I have just written down the new seed.

Awwwww... bummer there wasn't any coin in it.  Reminds me of when I put Coinbase on buy'n'forget for while... I did that for almost three years.  The sudden increase of Bitcoin earlier this year reminded me that I use to use Blockchain.info to store some of my coin.  I forgot my password but after some work I was able to get it... I had high anticipation for what could be in the wallet since I've been in Bitcoin since 2012.  When it first opened I saw the number 34 in balance and I was stocked!  Bitcoin at the time was around $4000 so I was thinking rollin... but it was actually just $34.  Oh well.

Ahhh man that sucks.
I mined around 40-50BTC between 2010 - 2012. Finally gave up as it wasn't profitable. If I remember correctly the price averaged 2-6$. So I tucked the wallet away. In the meantime, a few new computers and reformatted quite a few hard drives.
Haven't seen any trace of the wallet ever since. This memory haunts me everyday, fuck ,I could have been a millionaire now.

These kind of situation do really suck on where we do missed the golden opportunity to become millionaires on those amounts that we do neglect on those young years of bitcoin which we didnt really expect that it would able to reach the situation as of now.In situation of op i assume that email containing phrases wasnt his own wallet maybe others  Cool . Eagering on opening it up since it is quiet old but when he opened. Viola. 0 balance for you mate and that do really suck and burned our hopes on getting rich. haha

it not works on electrum.
seed is 19 words and i am pretty sure its legacy blockchain wallet seed.
so what to do if its blockchain wallet old seed?!

First, to clarify:
Blockchain = a technology based of a "chain of blocks"
Blockchain.info = a company which has the word "blockchain" in its name.

Did you check if all of your words are in the BIP39 word list?
If they all are in this list.. then it basically should work with any BIP39 compatible wallet.
If some of your words are not in the list i posted above.. then the probability its a blockchain.info wallet is pretty high since they used non-bip39 mnemonic seeds in the early years.
You should probably contact the support of blockchain.info, describing your problem.

its not bip39 words.
yes, its blockchain.info legacy walletso i should contact support. only way?

If you aren't able to import it into electrum you could first check if all of those 19 words are in the BIP 39 word list.
If every word is in the list (https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/bip-0039-wordlists.md) then you should be able
to recover your coins in 'any' BIP39 compatible wallet. But if your seed contains words which aren't in this list.. then it might be
due to it being an old blockchain.info wallet. They used mnemonic seeds with words, which weren't in the BIP 39 word list.
You might contact the blockchain.info support for further information.

i have found an email with text file i have stored back 2014.02
it says "bitcoin" and has 19words text file

how to recover those bitcoins from 19 words?
i have a guess thats an old legacy blockchain wallet but i am not sure

can someone help me?

You can try to recover the private key with Electrum.
1. Start Electrum and click next
2. Select "Standard Wallet" and click next
3. Select "I already have a seed" and click next
4. Click Option tab and select "Extend this seed with custom words" and click ok
5. Type in the first 12 words and click next
6. Type in the rest 7 words and click next
7. Hopefully you will gain access.
