I am looking for someone to develop a simple dogecoin lottery script. Must look and function similar to the examples noted below.
How it works:
- User inputs a wallet address
- Users generate a address to send XXX Doge to, this is then added to the pot.
(min/max amount requirements)
- Total pot will be live updating
- All transactions will be displayed from the block chain http://dogechain.info/chain/Dogecoin
- Winner will be randomly selected and receive the total pot accumulated.
- Transaction fee of 1%

I will be putting in 100K in the first lottery to get the pot going. The goal is to get some donations so the first pot is 1,000,000+
