OP was edited, it linked to youbet.ag which appears to be linked to https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/need-agents-investors-701738 which will lead you to http://www.sportsbookreview.com/betbanks/ and the other scam books like betpitbull recently posted here. Google cache and you'll find a full list of sites that use that same CS number. They changed the link in OP to 1vice after I posted the scam accusation link.

There is a NHL picture in the OP, so it is more likely to be a sports gambling site rather than a poker site.
