I have come to realize that amongst all the complaints of scam relating to 1xbit, the victims are majorly newbies who have no idea about the activities of 1xbit. I start to wonder if they really put efforts in researching about the casinos they are about dealing with. They do not in any way attempt to check on reviews about this particular casino to know their true state and what people are saying about the casinos they are about identifying with. They just get registered because they saw the advert on bonuses or someone told them that based on referrals. After getting registered and being scammed, they look for this platform to start crying and complaining for possible help.
I have no doubt that most of the newbies complaining are old members that are fully aware of the 1xbit scam activities but still pay deaf ears and when they get scammed, they disguise themselves in a newbie account complaining on being scammed.

They have been doing this business for a long time. I don't know why gamblers join this website after so many negative reports.
There are many gamblers like you who have had similar experiences on this website. They give various excuses including Kyc to scam their customers' funds, so don't expect anything more from them because at the end of the day they will scam you.

Uhh no, they're not. The OP of that thread, 1xbit1.com was an impersonator and not the official representative of their "new management".

I had the exact same experience in 2019. I was put through KYC 3 times, same documents, bizarre requests, no response.

Their trademark scam.

Just stumbled onto a thread on the gambling board^[1], it looks like 1xbit has come under new management (with a new domain). Not counting how many times they are including this one.
I think they've found a pretty effective way of dodging when they get a lot of complaints. I hope they really "new management" in reality.

This is expected I have seen this so many times whenever there is a complaint against 1xbet or 1xbit, I have seen two casinos that allow them to be in mediation from reputable casino review sites to prove that they made the right decision, I don't think 1xbet or 1xbit can or will do mediation because they are just scamming people and they really don't have proof of cheating of their players.


Since you cannot log in anymore I don't think you cannot get a single cent anymore, you've made the right decision posting it here the number of complaints is growing, but all are references for the status of 1xbet or 1xbit.

are you sure you are communicating with the right person from that casino? Despite the lousy reputation of 1X...casinos, the word "sir" seems to me to be from a fraudster, rather than an official.


is your account blocked or do you still have access to it? can you extract the betting history and all changes on your account, maybe you or someone on your behalf placed bets and lost?
I don't quite understand how you don't know how much you made a deposit here. Can that $1199 be the amount with all the winnings?

I don't want to bust your hope of getting your deposit or with money that is left on 1XBET, but your chances are not good like all those who file complaints here, its as good as gone, worse is when they disable your account they will accuse you to make you look bad, but compared to other casinos who agreed to third party mediation, you will not hear from them anymore, they will just move on to their next target, while you feel depressed because you believe you are clean.

This has been the case for many complainants here and sad to say you are one of them if they have a mindset like you when they started playing, they will likely fall to scam casinos like 1XBET.

So my advice to you is to move on,  there are still a lot of good things in life and charge this to experience.
 

Hey mate, it is unfortunate that you are going through such experience now but it is well known here that this casino you made mention of is flagged and tagged to be a scam casino long ago and any one promoting such casino here has been tagged along too. Sorry to say this of you had been here long enough you could have able to see that or are you a member here who have been adamant to the warnings and after being scammed you opened a new account for complaints? So sorry about this because I see the possibility and tendencies that you would get help to FasTrack solution to your  complaints here is minimal as it is already a known thing here that 1xbet is a scam casino. Just accept that in good fate and move on.
Nevertheless, you are making complaint without any proof to back up your claims so how do you want members of this platform to believe you. Be factual with your complaints mate.

His last deposit was $1199.

His last bet was $20

He lose the bet.

Not sure if he has withdrawn before. But, it seems it was not his first deposit since he said his "Most recent Investment was $1199". The case at a glance. OP deposited $1199 at 1xBet and Placed a $20 bet which he lost. Meanwhile, He triggered KYC and submitted the KYC. After one week, He got an email from 1xBet saying his account was closed but would let him withdraw his funds. He deposited $1199 and placed a $20 Bet. He should have $1179 in his account. But, When he logged in to withdraw the funds, he saw only $153 in his 1xBet Balance. He is looking for help even though we know it's a scam casino.

you need to fix your scam accusation, you should follow the format aioc posted and clarify the following things logfiles posted. right now I have no idea how much you deposited to the gambling site. just to be clear are you talking about 1xbet or 1xbit, despite them being owned by the same company they are two different gambling sites. also, post some screenshots/evidence backing up your claims.

Use the right format when posting your complaint there's a misconception about your complaint and is it 1xbet or 1xbit, what is the real amount and the exact words they communicate with you, it's better if you can show us screenshots of that email so we have something to discuss about your issue and the reasons but whatever reason it may be I don't think they will give you your deposit.

The way you described your case is a little bit complex

For starters, How much did you deposit on the site?
How much did you stake?
How much did you win?
How much have they let you withdraw so far?

Did they give you any reason as why they decided to lock your account?

Can you correct the right amounts that you posted because it did not add up

is this right or is this one there's confusion on your story but what is really surprising is they allow you to withdraw your deposit because 1xbet or 1xbit is notorious for confiscating deposits even if you did nothing wrong they will accuse you of wrongdoing or cheating, if you can and if they allow you try to withdraw with whatever amount you have and if there's error there's a possibility that they disable withdrawal on your account.

1xbet asked for various documents to confirm my account and I sent them all.

My account was closed after 1 week.
