So what happened there?

Still no answer. I don't think the answer will be posted anyway as they are not talkative at all. What impresses me a lot is the number of accusations.

Yeah man, you really nailed it good, congrats. Sorry I accused you of doxxing but I hadn't done the full read yet... Wowza...

The one common thing among most scammers  that always amazes me is just how fuckin dumb they really are, just like the criminals in the big bust in NY the other day from that huge hack.... Huh

Would like to know outcome here as well. These guys were running a sig campaign recently, wonder if they still are.

Most scammers are def dumb, funny how so many crypto scammers (like I believe the ones you’re referring to), store/transfer their loot on hot wallets and regulated exchanges. Though there is one smart way to scam using an exchange.. own one (Coinbase has perfected it ) lol

You should really post the details of you being scammed - you just doxxed a bunch of people lol... Roll Eyes

I was using my 1xbit account and suddenly after the moment I tried to withdraw my balance, which was slightly below 4 BTC, I could not login any more, and credentials keep showing as wrong when I am sure they are not. I wrote to customer support, who said Security team would reach out, and have been waiting since then, with 4 BTC somehow pending as of course the withdrawal did not get processed.

Please provide me with your account number in PM, I'll ask our security to re-investigate your case.

Try your luck with their support team. A guy was lucky to unblock withdrawals. He hasn't received money still buy he can apply for withdrawal at least. Write to their support team, I think they should clarify.

In a situation where you render a public service, you do all to retain and own your trust, cause when it lost, to gain it back becomes  a very difficult task. Majorly, all around the forum, other sites reviews and recommendation to the use of your platform is on the negative tag, which could lead to the shutdown of your platform. It is better to build on the slow side than to fast track things and end up having trust issues. Well, am saying this because am wanting to venture into the gambling and betting section of the crypto community and I thought you will be a good one for me to start with, but the accusations and fraudulent acts tagged to 1xbit will take a whole lot of sacrifice for cleansing.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Check the Google search results. There are plenty of accusations against them. From what I've read, it might help to stay persistent. Don't give up on your money.

It is a shame that persistence is becoming the key to success more and more when dealing with company support, I've successfully done it myself against an exchange in the past and it worked but it's quite annoying...

The problem is that they're advertising quite aggressively, leading to more and more victims.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
I think they're a known scam, I'd just email their support again though and see if they'll respond if they responded the first time... I'm not sure the trend in how they scam or how it works but I think they've done similar to a lot of people...

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/is-1xbit-scam-5179175 post 3 here is an example...
