I ve hust received an email from them :” Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.“

They confiscated my winnings and allowed me to withdraw only the deposit!

You are requested to post proof of your allegations and you still do not, you have just made a withdrawal so why not post the transaction proof here, your post is very suspicious any post that does not have screenshots to back up their allegations will not stand, there's a lot of reports especially on 1XBIT they are trying to manipulate their reputation it will not work here.

at least, he was allowed to withdraw his deposit. but in most cases, they will just hold the funds of the players. i don't understand why there are many users that keep on using this site even if there are a lot of unresolved issues. are the bonuses or rewards programs of this casino really that tempting? also,  what i noticed from this site, they will not allow withdrawal if the player wins big, and they will find any violation of the player so they won't release those funds.

Some of the complaints I read was they are not unaware of those issues it seems the promotion gets the best of the complaints, they are paying writers, influencers we have a thread here on influencers on Youtube promoting 1XBIT in their channel, they can spend a lot on promotion because they are scamming people who bet a huge amount of money here, if you're depositing and playing huge here they will target you, they ignore small players.

Another victim but OP its better to show some proof here so people can know that this site is really a scam so they can avoid it at all cost. Unfortunately OP, you’re not the only one who have the same experience, if you deposit money on this site you might not be able to recover it, let’s see if their support will response this time.

I dare say you are the 1000th victim of the 1xbit site, cases like you are not the first, deposit bets and play and then win, the end of the story is blocked and withdrawals are blocked.



You said joined one week ago, have you ever checked the 1xbit team and case by case in this forum, about accusation after accusation, why is everyone complaining here, but they themselves, don't want to check and find out that the 1xbit gambling site cheated participants in winning bets.

OP, try it in the future if you want to make a gambling bet, check the reputation of the site here, before registering and depositing.

sorry to hear that, like I said before a lot of gamblers have made complaints about being logged out with no warning and then receiving an email Identical to what you recieved. if you still want to gamble, you can visit the gambling board and you'll find gambling sites with better reputations and perhaps better promotions, bonuses, etc...

What should i do please
I suggest following what coin-investor regarding you posting your evidence. 1xbit has a bad reputation in the forum but it would still be best to have your evidence presented. anyway, just curious, when you were logged out, did you receive an email from them saying that they decided to cut collaborating with you because you broke some ToS? I've seen complaints about accounts being logged out and then receiving emails from 1xbit saying that they broke a rule and their account is now banned and their funds confiscated.

OP doesn't have any idea what 1xbit is until he can't withdraw the funds in his account. The bitcointalk community however already knew the casino a longtime ago, its not just you who fall from their trap. If you have the funds today bigger than what you usually have before, then you are likely not going to get them  back.


The problem is that their word is worthless. They also promised to take care of the quality of their posters in the signature campaign and what they have is a bunch of shitposters spamming the signature on the gambling boards. I don't see them outside of those boards, and surely it's because as they only write garbage, if they write in other boards, they are immediately reported and their posts deleted.

OP, I hope you get your money back, but we are talking about a known scam site and I think it is unlikely. Whatever happens, keep us updated.

The only thing you do is follow the instruction of the support and just wait. 1xbit is known scammer here forum user has nothing to do with them already. I’m sure they will require you to undergo KYC once they get back to you since your account is subjected to security review. Just do a regular follow up until you get a decent answer on how you will proceed. Share us the your conversation with the support so that we can use it for another scam accusation proof.

There's nothing you can do except pray for them to solve your issue, their account in this forum already been tagged and flagged (known as scam) but no one can ban them for scamming. They don't have any gambling licenses, I don't think reporting to police gonna work.

What you need to do is never use 1xbit anymore and play on reputable casino, do your own research first before using any site.

It's an old story but you have to provide proof of deposit and your message to and from the support to validate your complaint if you don't provide these proofs and posted that your issue is fixed we will suspect that this is another scheme of 1XBIT, we have seen complainants posting report then after a few days posting that 1XBIT fix their issues and praising 1xBIT afterwards.
