Yeap I copy pasted the whole message on email, it's exactly what I have shown to you. No elaborations, nothing.

They have received their expected funds deposit from you, so after that blocking your account is their main job as their recent reputation indicates. You have deposited on a website that is constantly being accused of blocking their customers' accounts with funds. If you post here before depositing on this website, at least you don't fall victim to this situation.

I don't defend 1xbit, but judging on the addresses you have deposited, I will not be surprised if they will ask for a lot about from their ML department.. sad but trueee

I laugh when I see 1xbit accusations, and I apologize if I offended you. It's because, despite numerous accusations against them on the internet, you still decide to deposit there. You may now claim that you did not conduct any research and have not seen any accusations. So, how do you think other people will notice your thread? You stated that you brought this thread to the public's attention. But you had no idea there were more public attention threads that you had missed and been deceived by. BTW, please do your own research before depositing money anywhere. If you have already been deceived, there is no cure.

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
I am surprised that they didn't even say good day to you. The message usually goes like this

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Searching the forum with the Key message returns 214 matches, and that is minus complaints that don't include complaints about 1xbit that don't contain the message alone. Remember, this is only in this forum. Imagine the complaints in other forum and platforms such as Reddit

This just goes to show you that 1xbit is a brutal scam, and you wouldn't have missed seeing the scam accusations had due done some research prior to using the casino.

1xbit scammed my money

1xbit locked up my account ( 540329753 ) suddenly and disable me from logging back in.
This sportsbook and casino platform has a bad reputation, it was safe for you mate to do your research and review about 1xbit before you deposit your funds as the 1xbit account on the Bitcointalk forum and all the participants in the signature campaign of this platform are tagged as scammers. if you are lucky you will be able to return your funds by contacting them, but I do not think that you can. Well, you learned from your mistake, and this is enough. once again do not forget to do your research or even seek advice from those interested in betting and gambling.

Man, you should come here before making depositing there. Or if you tried to search at least once about that platform, I assume you would get some info.
Nothing more to say about the platform. Now you should just forget them and don't make this mistake in future.

There are a lot of scam accusations here against them about 99% of them are unsolved. So you have also a 0 chance to get back the money. So it's better to forget it and avoid them.

$800 is a huge amount I hope you're ok,  Sujon is right you have zero chances to get that back, the most that you can do is to post your story here and be part of the reference of 1XBIT scam compilation here in Bitcointalk, we can blame this on corrupt review sites who still gives 1XBIT good reviews, at least you can tell us how did you ended up playing on 1XBIT, not that I want to blame or ridicule you but so we can have ideas on where 1XBIT is focusing their marketing to get more gamblers to scam.

1xbit scammed my money
This is not new and not surprising to all of us here, this has been going on for years now

1xbit locked up my account ( 540329753 ) suddenly and disable me from logging back in.

I have deposited over 800 USDT to this tron address TKcX6iU5zEiGF7GgZJfVZaWFA5L1Jfzn4W, which belongs to 1xbit.
They have moved the funds away 2 hours after my account was locked, not replying any emails from me.
That's huge I'm sure you found it being advertised on big platforms and you think that its a good and legit casino to play

Quote
After 24 hours, they finally email to me that they have stopped collaboration with me and close my account, without giving a legit reason at all.
I've sent over 10 emails to them and none has been replied at all. Here's the only email they have sent to me:
They will not answer or reply that's all there is, they have done this on so many gamblers, and their response is generic and automated

Almost all my money are gone now, but I will raise public attention towards this case so that no one gets scammed anymore.
I hope you continue doing this making people aware of 1XBIT scamming, you are now part of a group that got scammed by 1XBIT
unfortunately, even if we hope it will not happen they will always have victims because they spend a lot of money on their advertisements and people are not doing research.

Yes I just opened a new account here while googling public sites to comment about 1xbit, which is my fault. But not too late for newcomers to realize this platform has been scamming money from many.
I have sent a message to their official account in bitcointalk, slightly hoping that they will attend it to clear out their reputation, although I know it's most probably a goner.
But I deeply hope no one else fall for this, I will do this in every sportsbook review websites whenever I have the free time to.

Their entire support team tells me that I have been provided "all informations I need to know", which is complete bs and ignorant.

Almost all my money are gone now, but I will raise public attention towards this case so that no one gets scammed anymore.
