That attempt to have a campaign is to test if there's still relevance on their stay even if there's a lot of accusation against them and they try to operate that to know if there are people will still believe on their casino. But for sure they already know the result and maybe their last campaign is their final straw since provably they are convince that no people will trust them know since they are beaten so bad by those people who always try to make people remember about how bad their casino reputation and a lot of discussion about their casino is a scam.

Maybe they don't have to comeback here anymore as they are not posting any updates for so long and this might indicate that 1xbit is already done. Since almost all people know that 1xbit is scam and that finish them here.

They tried though, IIRC they run a signature campaign for months but in the end they decided to quit as probably they aren't getting the results they are expecting. I believe 1xbit is a highly liquid casino but their reputation is not good enough that's why they cannot compete among the best in the industry, but they are still profitable I guess.

These users here complaining about this certain casino may not get a resolution of the problem but they were able to help the community to be aware about the reputation of 1XBIT.

Yes, I am pretty sure that anyone paying a minimum of attention to the gambling section of the forum have already seen that case. What it is baffling to me it is how someone could even trust a significant amount of money to casino, specially if they are aware they are gambling forms unsupported or limited jurisdiction, it is like asking for problems to appear, in my opinion.
Any reputable casino which detected some gambler from an unsupported or limited territory would call him out immediately and get the account of the person onto withdrawal-only mode, do they can have a chance to get their money before terminating their access to the website.

It is clear there is a direct business relation between both 1xbit and 1xbet, the fact the former is clearly a piece of scanning garbage  company is supposed to be enough for anyone aware of their reputation to stay away and never deposit on their wallets in the first place.

The platform accepts registrants from blocked countries without informing the user that he is prohibited from using the service, and then changes his location without informing him so that it becomes as if he is from another supported country. This behavior avoids legal accountability before the authorities, thus allowing the user to continue gambling, and if he wants to make withdrawals, the platform prevents him from doing so on the pretext that he is from an unsupported country.

Mixers were banned as there are a lot of mixers scammed and ran away and also a lot of scam happened and at the same time there was legal activity against mixers. But gambling has nothing like that and that is why forum is not taking any action against 1xbit though they are a proven scammer.

Yes the forum can ban any fraudulent activities project that is a threat to the existence of the forum and that was why mixers were also banned and I believed 1xbit has not been banned because it is gamblers they scam and they have been enough and a lot of warning threads have been created to warn gamblers to stay clear that one too is good enough for people to leave the scammers' den of 1xbit. Every old member of the forum must be aware of the this scammers casino so there should no too much arguments on this matter.

The post you replied to asked if the forum can “ban a site just because of their scamming activities” - and that was why I replied to your post that way.

I totally agree with you that the forum can ban whatever site that they want to and for whatever reason, but there have never been cases where one was ban for this particular reason (scam) AFAIK.

I advise you and some others to read the posts thoroughly before replying. I clearly mentioned that this forum can ban whatever site they want from advertising their services for any particular reason basically.

Everyone are already aware of this stuff which is why you and some others are just reiterating unnecessary points.

That's right so people can't expect that forum management would eliminate those scams or at least filter it since that's not gonna happen. For long time this forum remain like this so we should not call out them then tell to ban this scams but rather we should equip ourselves with knowledge to avoid any possible events and we can get that knowledge by doing a good research since if people just do precautionary measure at first for sure they will never get scam by any entities trying to fool them.

Although sometimes its hard to spot scam but at least we have an idea and somehow prepared for consequences so that we will not get deeply affected if that incident happen.

The forum does not ban the advertisements for services just because they are scams. Yobit was not banned from the forum because of their scammy activities; instead, they got banned because those promoting them were spamming the forum, which eventually led to them being stopped here. While for mixers, we all know that it`s not a scam; they only got banned because of the last event that happened, and bitcointalk got mentioned in the statement given by the fed and to prevent harm from coming to the forum, theymos thought it would be better if they just got rid of them.

As far as I know, even though they claim people who are banned for alledgely breaking the terms of service are entitled to get their deposit back after being booted out, they actually seem not to care about their own terms of service and all they do is blocking the account of those gamblers who had gooduck with their bets. If they truly wanted gamblers to be able to withdraw their initial deposits, then it would be matter of them to allow those gamblers to access their accounts and reduce the balance until reaching the initial deposit, setting the account on withdrawal-only mode, as services like exchanges often do when people get restricted from trading on their platform.

It is obvious by the stories we all have ready around here this casino do not even take about their own ToS and just seek for opportunities to take money and defraud those who are not informed enough of its shady reputation.

Yeah. 1xbit has not refunded their customers' funds so far, even after so many complaints they are not interested in resolving those complaints. Depositing into 1xbit means there is no chance of getting that money back, but unfortunately there are gamblers who don't know the real face of this site so they deposit on this site and fall prey to scams. Gamblers should be careful to check the reputation of such sites before making a deposit. If a gambler does a little research on this forum about 1xbit then no gambler would ever think of depositing on this site.

1xbit is not going to pay you. They will always write that you breach the terms and that you can withdraw the deposited sum only.

I don't know why this thread still pops up to the top of the board each week and all this bump is coming from newbies who may not have known this forum until they were scammed by this casino who have refused to pay them both deposits and withdrawals, anyways I am glad that the old members of the forum have kept up with all the warnings against this 1xbits team who's a presence here in the forum have been destroyed since the never resolved any problems as the time passed along.
But also I am glad again that this is passed now and we moved up unless for the once in a while pumping of this thread which the moderator should lock already.

You are one of the victims who held out hope for the longest time based on my observations and that really isn't a good thing since it basically implies that you never fully moved forward from this mess.

You are just torturing yourself by hoping for a miracle frankly speaking since their entire team literally ran from this forum sometime back.

That was their last bet on this forum and it was a huge loss and that's why they decided to give up and leave the forum forever. They understood that as long as they continue doing their shady ways then this forum and its members won't accept them and anyone who supports them or enroll in their signature campaign might also get some tags so in future that user won't be able to join other signature campaigns.

I believe all those members who got red tags for promoting 1xBit on their signature space deserve those tags, the reason is that all of those were aware about the shady activates of the casino but still they were promoting it only to earn some money. I even remember that whenever those members were making posts in gambling board other users were getting irritated by their posts because they were promoting a shady casino on their profiles. But, now it's good that they left this forum and we don't really need such shady casinos on the forum no matter if they pay $200 per week to a member.

Yeah I also remember that when they try to posts answers here is that same time they try to run their signature campaigns using those red tagged accounts who are proven to be farm account in which added negativity to their site and did not bring any good return.

No need to compare any other site with 1xbit as to which site is more scammer than the other. All the scam sites need to be identified so that people just avoid those sites and eventually they end up getting no business. Good sites will never reach to a situation where they scam so many people and they say that they will resolve people's issues. Even if they resolve most people's issues, they have lost the gambler's trust and even the gamblers whose issues are resolved they may never again play there.


This thread isn't being used for the promotion of 1xbit. Either you will find people complaining here that they have lost their money gambling on this site or there are people who are advising here not to deposit at this site. So it is acting as an awareness for the gamblers to stay away from 1xbit.

Though, I believe it is quite different when the forum administrations decides to ban from advertising on here based on the nature of the business itself rather than doing it because if one of those services have scam accusations. You know... The ban on the mixers was a measure taken by the admin to avoid having problems with law enforcement agencies in the future, he did not care whether those services were scamming their clients/costumers or not, it was about preserving the integrity of the forum, and we all know that most of those mixers were not actually scamming anyone, they just wanted to make money out the demand for privacy within the cryptocurrency community. It also reminds me the occasion Theymos decided to stop to auction advertisement space here in the forum, because the administration had enough funds to run this place and also because he could not guarantee those services and products being advertised were not shady or scams in some way, shape or form.
They have never directly pointed out to a specific service of entity here in the forum, of they wanted or were willing to engage in banning or forbidding services of having a presence here in BTT (only based on their reputation) then this casino would have been booted out a long time ago, together with the people wearing their signature and profile picture. It is all for the sake of freedom of speech, an important value for the crypto community as a whole.
