How are the cards mounted? How big is the distance between them? Did you try interchanging the cards' locations?

The cards are mounted sideways with a 10cm space. That should be enough I think.

Hi,

at the moment I have 2 Sapphire 7950 in my rig, third card is on the way.

Both cards run in PCI-E 3.0 x 16 @x1 2.0 slots with non powered riser cables.

The card on the first slot was from the start louder and hotter than the second card and the air exhaust is extreme related to the other card.

I use cgminer with these settings

-I 13 --auto-gpu --auto-fan --temp-target 80 --gpu-fan 40-90 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memdiff -150

In cgminer both cards run at around 580Mh/s and with 78-80°.

Should I resend and exchange the one card?
