There are tiered PSU reviews, and I believe dogie has a whole list of information.

But to the newegg link

Hello everyone!

I recently purchased 2 Antminer S3 devices and was wondering if the Powersupply i ordered would work if i overclocked both Antminers.

No way.  An S3 OC'd to 243.75M draws around 413WAC at the wall at 29C ambient; a total of 826WAC for 2 units.  Even if this PSU actually outputs 725WDC on its 12V rail, that would only be an 11% headroom at its specified 78% efficiency if that's even honest/accurate (actually would be lower towards maximum load as in your particular situation).  Unfortunately, even this PSU's label itself states that it only puts out a maximum of 576WDC on its single 12V rail; and this is not even considering the quality of wires used in the PCIe harnesses of this "cheap" PSU.

Don't skimp on the PSU.  Get at least an 80 Plus Bronze certified PSU from a trusted brand.  It would probably be cheaper to get two 500W PSUs (if they're on sale) to power each of your S3s separately like I have done here:

Don't take this the wrong way, but you should have asked for advise before ordering that if you don't know anything about PSUs.

Return it and order something made by quality manufacturers like Seasonic, Superflower, Flextronics, or Delta. Most brands like Corsair, XFX, EVGA, Silverstone, etc just slap their names on PSUs made by the previously mentioned manufacturers. It's hard to tell what's what, so I suggest browsing through www.jonnyguru.com for the best and most in depth psu reviews on the net.

Look up "gutless wonder"  on that site. That's what you just bought, unfortunately. I'd be surprised if that PSU can't put out half of it's rated power continuously without dying. I give it 2 days before it crops out on you running a single stock S3.

PSUs used for mining are put under heavy stress, 24/7. You can't skimp out.

I read many bad review about this psu from amazon customer review. No wonder they sell it with huge discount.
You may want to avoid this psu, choose renowned brand like Corsair, OCZ & Seasonic.
