1- Signup here https://launch.stellar.org/#/register
2- Confirm Facebook (it will not post Anything on your FB)
3- Confirm E-mail. (You can use 10minutemail)
4- Click "Send" and put "gBeZpyQLpymT2E3YJALhWRJmAGJtDTZntG" in the "send to" bar (without quotation marks.)

5- Send another 4950 to the same address (or however much you have so that you end up with having 50 stellars left.)
