that address is most probably Binance's multi signature cold storage. specially since it has received multiple deposits from this address (16ftE...) and some of them are small like 0.1. payments of that small size are not done from the cold storage (16ftE...)even if my assessment is wrong, so what? this kind of huge transactions are common on bitcoin network. big whales are buying and selling bitcoin all the time! usually they hide their tracks better.
