Simple answer is yes. You can run two different versions.

Just put each versio in it's own folder, configure them and run them. Can't see why there should be any porblem as it is just a console application.

I have 2 versions of CGMiner 4.3 (one for BFL and one for Klondike's) and a version of CGMiner 3.7.2 for my R9 290 all running on the same computer.

You may be able to get away with using BFGMiner and CGMiner together with different hardware

How many video cards do you have?

I've tried running two instances of Cgminer with SHA 256 before, doesn't work for me.

On my Windows 7 computer, can I run both:

CGMINER version 4.3.0 for SHA256 mining bitcoin with my ASIC SHA-256 miner

AND

CGMINER version 3.7.2 for Scrypt mining litecoin with my Scrypt miner ?

Or, what would be the best way to accomplish this?

What SHA256 miner needs cgminer for windows?  Couldn't you just run a raspberry pi with it installed and free up the win7 computer?
