Are they the ones from the promo that skype was giving away? Because that might confuse people into thinking they're gonna get free skype to landline calls. If it's the promo code they gave away, it only allows things like.. multiple webcam participants in a skype chat for example, and offer no skype 2 phone type service. Could you please clarify that?
