import tax can be lowered substantially but i guess he does not want to send it outside north america

He is shipping from Canada. I ordered mine on a Friday and had it Saturday (US). I am not sure why more people aren't picking these up, he has a great price, shipping is included and he uses escrow. I wish I had access to more power! I have been keeping an eye on this thread trying to figure out a solution for one more before they are gone. Looks like I have more time to figure it out

No, it definitely should irk someone that you are offering *above* the asking price for the miner + you're actually, undoubtably, a scammer.
I advise absolutely nobody to to business with this person. Seriously, you literally stole $550 FOUR days ago. Hell, it shouldn't even matter how long its been.
What would OP do if you tried to dispute the transaction, claiming it never shipped in order to get a refund? The only situation where the OP should ever trade with you is if you send first...
