Blockchain is very slow atm 3 of my transactions this week took over 3 hours to confirm and the fee was like 12 cents us maybe there is again some attack ongoing who knows
The permanent 'attack' that has been going on is people moving their coins to exchanges to trade bitcoin for other currencies.
Bitcoin went from 95% market cap dominance to 80% in a few weeks.

It's been like this for quite some time now, make the less transactions possible and when you have to do it, your fee has to outbid everyone else or you'll end up waiting hours.

I never waited so long, 2 hours xD maybe it's not long but I need them immediately (transfering to CCEDK and Poloniex) but still waiting for it.
