Demonatization is an over all a good thing, it is showing the world and mainly Indians that the real intrinsic value in any currency lies in its usability factor like bitcoin.  The free market exchanges in india like coinsecure, btcxindia, trybitcoin etc are seeing a price surge purely as a result of demand and supply. It is organic economics not greed.

Organic, but how? If not greed, why did buyers bought the coins just for the sake of hiding their black money behind the scenes?
If not greed, why the sellers are not taking old notes anymore? It's all greed for which everyone committed wrong deeds, but I would say it's not greed, but business and Indians did it just because of demonetization, but the effect seems to be melting now.

Organic because of the ratio of demand and supply. As far as I know all the transactions at various trading platforms are done via the banking system (as an investment option) which leaves no room for black money conversion. There is no point in stereo typing.

Definitely there is no chance of converting black money using bitcoins. If it were possible, people would have rushed to do so. However, some people might view bitcoins as a secure means to store money (black or white) in the future. That could have led to the increased demand.

whoever decided to start this nonsense is really to blame.

I remember a time when bitcoin used to sell for market rate +500-1500 rupees.

Now it's become a greed show.

750$ to 870$ its huge difference $130 I am not sure which exchange you are talking about I don't understand I don't see any exchange like that huge difference.you can try Coinsecure and Zebpay.they have very small fees like 1% so you dont need to worry for pay big fees.Me and my friend used Zebpay for long time and never face any problem.Zebpay app very easy to use just to buy / sell bitcoins.

Can't you see many reputed Indian Exchanges like Zebpay and Trybitcoin selling 1 Bitcoin for more than 64k INR?
And buying the same for more than 62k INR, this is getting hot and will let the price increase a lot during the end of December.

It's good for sellers but not exactly good for buyers dont you think ?

For the bitcoin at market rate of 750$ we end up paying 870$ seems like a sick joke...

But waiting for the market to get back to proper pricing like before.
