dont know fuck all about XRP but cant u just send 1 XRP to each wallet then they over the minimum!?
In order for a wallet to be active on the ledger it needs to hold an amount of 20XRP+.
A balance below 20XRP means the wallet cannot he used whilst a balance of 21XRP would allow you to love the 1XRP but not the 20.
The way for you to be able to access some of the funds in the wallet is if the reserve amount is lowered.

This is an odd sale. If xrp requires 20xrp minimum these coins are untouchable. The reserve would have to go down to 12xrp for the buyer to break even. Seems risky on the buyer if you ask me but i dont follow xrp all that much so maybe the reserve will very likely get lowered under 12xrp
The last reserve change was a huge cut from 50 to 20, and this was quite some time ago. Also, there has to be some sort of demand for something like this for people who need multiple accounts like an exchange site.

am selling 200 Ripple wallets with 20 xrp in each wallet. Total Xrp is 4,000, for 0.05btc. They cannot be transfered out at the moment because the ripple minimum account reserve is 20 xrp. They will be available to transfer out as the Ripple reserve gets lowered (it happens every so often)
They are personal wallets (I applied for the ripple giveaway several times when ripple started out)
You can rekey these accounts within a few seconds by simply adding a new key and disabling the master key. I will link you to tutorials on how to do this.
I am asking for 15% of the market price of the total xrp.

I will go first if we divide them up into multiple transactions. I will guide you through rekeying the accounts and we can even do a test first so you understand.
