He is asking about metaverse and I think the hype of metaverse have died a little and we are not sure if it will recover or not but why invest on something which future is unpredictable when we can just invest on something that has more guarantees. Btc, Eth, and Bnb, anyone? If there are new trends that are still on the limelight then I think that will be the AI projects.

The OP can check that out. I think they are different from the metaverse. If it's about metaverse, there are other metaverse projects which are far better than Sand in my opinion. What about Gala, Theta, and Mana? 2000 Sand is still $1.4k in today's rate. It's already a good amount to diversify and cut risks.

You are correct in that but how many people do perform good research on new projects? Metaverse is getting more popular so we will probably see more and more coins focusing about that. Personally, I haven't heard about Sandbox before and I am also not interested in it.

Only dedicated investors take their time to analyze a project and everything they can find about it and its developers, but the majority of the people are not like that, they simply assume that if everything on the surface looks good then everything must be fine as well, but we know that scammers are experts at selling their projects and give them a professional image and once you have already invested any money it is too late to do anything about it and recover your money.

Unlike other types of coins I believe that metaverse coins are going to be part of this market for a very long time, what you need to ask yourself is if you think sandbox is going to be around at least until 2024 or 2025 when the bull market will begin to materialize, if this is the case then it could be a good idea to invest some money in it, but if this period of time is too long and you think another metaverse project could captivate the community then maybe this is the time to wait and see how things move.

With this i am sensing some serious money flows coming in. Saudi money is in whole different level and first thing that came to mind was collaboration with the smart city called "The Line".

It appears that you did not understand. There is very much of a chance that this news about Saudi Arabia is nothing but to hype Sandbox and cause a pump on Sand tokens before the vesting unlock on February 14. It might only be an exit pump for those new tokens taken into circulation to dump. The other projects with token unlocks might also start doing something similar to this hehehe.

Lots of things had been dragged down on the time that bitcoins price plummets or dumps or simply we are on a bear state which is really that very common for whatever hypes earlier would really be greatly affected

the current circumstance of sand doesn't look good from the information presented by many above, vesting added with whales getting ready to make huge sell off you'd think it will hit all time lows eventually.
so I guess if you could refrain from investing and wait it out until it hits new lows then it should be better, moreover there are many alternatives so you could still make profits will waiting if you're so eager investing in this coin even though it seems metaverse isn't really the trend anymore.

Honestly I think metaverse in general still have good chance, it's just they are waiting for the next bullrun for their next releases, there's many cases of developers waiting until the next bullrun so that their project new update and release could somehow help increasing the value of their token, but considering that there are rumours regarding whales that's gonna be dumping this token, well I guess you should invest in some other metaverse instead, that's until these whales finished dumping their coins in which gonna drives the value of sand lower.

We are still in a bear market right now so all coins are still down and it was still a good moment to buy them. I know not all coins that are cheap is a must to avail since many of them are just scams but I think this SAND coin is different from them. I know this was one of the early Metaverse/NFT projects that have been created.

It was one of the top NFT/Metaverse projects during their peak but I think even until now, if we check on the rankings of that category. Once the bull market returns, legit projects like this can surely recover. Whales dumping the coin can be normal and they are only doing it for manipulating purposes but there is no need to panic as long as the main project itself isn't experiencing a major issue.

I guess if those legitimate projects that have amazing plans for their future have been able to retain most of their investors, then many of them are still alive.

It's well done and imho way more appealing then decentraland.
