State of Indiana requires a scooter that is 50cc or less a Class B motorcycle license. A registration and plates. And insurance. I just got it registered and plated today I just now passed the motorcycle Class B test and tomorrow I am getting insurance on the scooter.

The owner told me that stock as is gets 65-70Miles per Gal.
I will find out once I get it registered and plated.

2008 adly hammerhead, minarelli 2 stroke stretched shortcase engine, bought it for $550. Going to change the brakes, change the clutch, tires and slap on a 70cc big bore kit, new 2 stroke performance pipe, bigger carb and different main jet. Does 55MPH stock.
