Nickel Notes are very collectible but before I would bid I would need to see some photos front and back out of the frame, also of the envelope the note came in. Hopefully it was just put in an easy to open frame and taking more detailed photos should not be a chore. I hate to even consider that the note was glued down when it was framed.

Agreed with the others it isn't from 2009 and I wanted to ask, what's with the waviness/fold in the center of the note?
It almost looks like humidity / water damage of some kind....
It does look like warp due to some kind of environmental/physical factor although I didn't want to go there yet without some further input from the OP.

That looks like a Nickel Note sold by minerjones. AFAIK there were 60 total 20 sold by mj but it should come with the envelope it shipped in which was embossed and stamped with a seal. Framing it hurts the value IMO. Collectors want the envelope. Good luck with the sale!

Well AFAIK, papersafe first came in market in 2014 or 2015

This is not a piece from 2009. Your wording on this seem a bit misleading but I doubt anyone here would fall for it.. There was a similar note on ebay where the seller seemed to want to mislead people in to thinking it was a piece from 2009 loaded with 1BTC. Hope you are not the same guy.
