It seems that they might have overlooked bitcoin..
I hope for them that they did not spend too much on legacy systems.

They have not overlooked Bitcoin

The CEO of Currency Cloud Mike Laven is a friend of ours, and Bitinstant has already signed a partnership agreement with them to handle Bitcoin business.

I can't say anymore, but you will see an announcement within 2 weeks.

Bad ass and ahead of the curve, as usual.

Slowly but surely compliance dep'ts are getting to understand Bitcoin.

Currency Cloud was our hardest since they are owned by a few UK banks.

However, after meetings and such we got the green light about 6 weeks ago.

Looks like it is a automated currency-exchange service. Didn't see any bitcoin references, so they are probably taking a scoop off the top for operating expenses and just routing money via ABA/Swift/Whatever instead.

How pedestrian.

So, wait, is this like Dwolla, but vaporware?
