It was mentioned that although it is unlikely many people on Cyprus are using it, Bitcoin creates whole new possibilities of making secure, fast and anonymous transactions around the world.

Yes, the dude clearly understood what he was talking about, he got what bitcoin is about.
I wouldn't be surprised if he is active on the forum (or a lurker), and has a stash of his own
