... unfortunately the btc community is looking pretty cheap with less than 1 BTC received so far! There's another thread on here with a suggestion to reach 2000BTC and have them name a ship the "Satoshi Nakamoto", sort of amusing since the whalers they're often confronting are Japanese:

So new they haven't issued a press release yet, but some of us have been asking them to accept our bitcoins for some time now. Great news!

Paul Watson once accused Greenpeace (which he helped found) of becoming the "Avon ladies of the environmental movement". lol.

He went on to found The Sea Shepherd Society which is now making a real difference. They're not afraid to take on illegal fishing/whaling anywhere!
