My take on the present headline is that the rule still holds - a revolution is happening with BTC but most people are not looking yet.   Smiley

I wrestled with the headline because at first glance it appears to break the highly reliable rule that the answer to any media headline posed as a question is "no". (Someone posted that here a month or so ago and cited the original author - I'm sorry but I haven't been able to trace the sources). Anyway, the rule is surprisingly effective and usually gives one a chance to smile at any "hair on fire" headline.
