Cryptanalyst castrated by his government, 1952
I'm trying to anticipate how the conspirasphere will handle this news.

Major premise: BTC can be used to send funds to Kenya.

Minor premise: Obama has relatives in Kenya.

Conclusion: the Illuminati have drained all the gold out of Fort Knox, sprayed it in chemtrails over undisclosed locations where it was recovered by federal agents wearing dark blue uniforms with matching kevlar helmets who converted it to BTC then sent it to Kenya over the Interwebz as part of the NWO plan to seize YOUR guns and store them in FEMA camps under Mossad supervision despite Sarah Palin's heroic attempts to intervene by email.

Something like that?

They can receive Bitcoins, load their M-Pesa-Account with it and buy whatever they want? Thanks for the answer. That's great.

reconsidering this issue: what should someone in Kenya do with a bitcoin? Can he spend it? Can he change it in the local currence? And I mean not about the long way round via friend in the uk and western union. This would be completely nonsens. Does anyone know there's a option to do anything with Bitcoins in Kenya?

People with family in Kenya can send them Bitcoins.  Then can use these Bitcoins to acquire MPESA, which is widely used in Kenya.  The remittance market is huge.

bitcoin is not free of inflation, its rate of inflation is just strictly defined

Very misleading.

1/3 of Kenyans use M-PESA.  Just because some company is offering a M-PESA to BTC bridge doesn't mean all M-PESA users have a bitcoin wallet.  That's like saying all USD users have a bitcoin wallet because MTGOX allows them to easily convert back and forth.
