Fees are between 3% and 5%, though. So it would be cheaper to just pay in dollars. Would this not put you off paying in bitcoins?

Hi everyone,

I'm an intern at the company, and I helped them with the research that ultimately led to them accepting Bitcoins for rent.

They are now currently operating in all 50 states of the USA, and are excited to be able to offer this to everyone.

Good Job

This could be a bit of a killer app, no bouncing cheques.  If I  was a landlord I would be tempted to offer a small discount for BTC.

Now that's pretty cool.

Taking a look at what areas are involved, but it seems to be USA-wide.

“As bitcoins gain popularity, we expect tenants will want to use the currency to pay rent. As a technology business, it’s our job to anticipate consumers’ needs,” says Rentalutions co-founder Ryan Coon.
