Well keep in mind that when the mainstream press says that something is not a bubble, they are giving the mainstream permission to speculate, and then it becomes a bubble. I would prefer that the mainstream press would continue to declare that it is a bubble just to prevent it from turning into a real bubble.

Very good article and true.
All long term bubble accusations have now been proven wrong.
Some short term bubble accusations have proven to be true though.

Never. They wouldn't have even been bears in the first place if they were smart enough to be able to admit they were wrong
