Nice find!
Just a sign that more mainstream people are coming around, despite all the FUD tied to Mt. Gox. If Summers' thoughts are indicative of what some inside the beltway bankers and their buddies think, then bitcoin will gain wider adoption. Some very interesting things happening with Ebay/Paypal with Carl Icahn calling out Andressen over his affiliation with coinbase.
On another note, I have yet to see one article state that most sophisticated bitcoiners have suspected for about a year that gox was insolvent.
