When the time will come when the country's Bitcoin enthusiasts can begin developing their infrastructure according to law, without cautions peek over the shoulder, as if they are criminals.

Those that can - Innovate. Those that can't - "REGULATE".

The job description of a regulator specifies that they must "regulate". That is why they "regulate". End of story.

It has nothing to do with whether regulating is appropriate and nothing to do with making people safe/prosperous and all of that.


Could one even say that a regulator's job is to make regular what would otherwise be extraordinary?   Grin
