The non-Chinese don't care about China anymore. China and its military dictatorship can go to hell. But still, if any normal Chinese person want to use Blockchain.info or other Bitcoin-related sites, then he is free to do so via a VPN.

Cant really do much about ddos attacks and newbs just need to back up their wallets.

There is a lot of infrastructure to be done in the community at large. Hopefully we get most of it done before governments decide to "help."
