that reminds me also of the young internet age. everyone can start such a business and can do money business. this will change alot. yes, maybe there will be alot of scams and failures but big btc companys will rise too (next google, MS, amazon of the financial world) .

It is a limited liability company (LLC). Rules regarding LLCs are more lax in the United States. The tax rules are also more simpler, when compared to PLLCs and other types of business ventures.
