I think these guys are simply giving a beautified() version of the real story. Fact is, gridseed's aren't really worth more than $20-$25 each right now anyway. To try and frame it as though they are doing the world a favor by standing up against the "man" is just funny.

At least in the Crypto world nobody has any other motive or intention other than to capitalize and profit. A person could count the souls that actually truly care about the coin they mine whether it profits or otherwise on two hands.

It wouldn't really be a perfect world if somebody is running an energy inefficient miner. Now if the government recycled the old miners and gave you newer SP30s or something like that

The block subsidies and tx fees are so, so necessary with this type of decentralized currency model.
