It does not matter who is running the network. If someone finds and Satoshi, it will not stop the development of Exponential.

Let's talk governance, lipstick, and pigs.
The only thing that will prove Satoshi Nakamoto's existance is a signed message using the receiving address of the genesis block and the few blocks after that.
And a shoe on the head.  Grin

★☆★ 777Coin - The Exciting Bitco
This unfortunately isn't too surprising to me at all.  Nowadays if you do any sort of searching on securing your own communications, whether they be e-mails, voice communications, video or otherwise your automatically going to be placed on some NSA watchlist.  "If you don't have anything to hide you shouldn't need to encrypt your communications" is the new NSA party line.

Hell, they really don't even want people learning about open-source based operating systems such as linux.

I am a bit worried, on what is behind the reason why, they did what they did, or if they were told to do it.

Just shows that 3rd parties, still have control over our finances, even if we think, it's beyond there control.

Edit: I actually read the story and see what you mean now. One would think we have a right to encrypt our e-mail. This just seems Orwellian.

The world of bitcoiners was mentioned to be anonymous and decentralised.
In this case I really wish that we will never know real names of btc vips.

Is Szabo a Szabo. Is Satoshi a Satoshi.  Doesn't really matter imo.

Our world are 1 and 0.

So Nick Szabo is actually another anonymous pseudonym?  So wtf does it even matter if Satoshi is "Nick Szabo" if this person is not real either...yay we found another one of his aliases?

Agreed, this seems like a nonevent...

Nice article for the Saturday evening.

I like the quote
"Nick however has categorically denied that he is Satoshi and many argue that it is highly unlikely that he is the author of the white paper."

Sure he denied Smiley Well I don't think that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, but even if he is he wont tell us Cheesy

Thanks for the link.

Nick Szabo, the author of bitgold, the most complete conceptualization of a decentralized currency prior to bitcoin, the person who coined the term smart contracts in 1993, and believed by many to be Satoshi himself, published a one line blog post today which simply contained a link to his twitter account.
