I think this technology could be put to good use if it's used right. Having some sort of fingerprint scanner to finally ok a transaction would be a good idea ontop of 2 factor authentication.

I'm not a big fan of the fingerpirnt scanners on phones. The NSA can already collect too much info about us.

Agree Chain didn't research the security.


Off topic but the sad part of chain, and all blockchain apis, is they don't know anything about bitcoin. They only know about scalability. When I look at this apis, it makes me said that they get funding and actively put users at risk.

Nice! I though this would happen when they opened the scanner to apps on IOS 8. The 5s fingerprint scanner was closed to apps in IOS 7 and prior.
