Well, it does seem like they're starting from scratch over there but it sounds like given the proper knowledge of the coin, these savvy people could put it to use. The more I think about it the S curve is going to be huge.

What we often miss however is how important smaller nations, especially countries with large tech-communities, are to the success of Bitcoin. Bangladesh is an excellent example of this and the new Bitcoin Foundation Bangladesh seems to be an excellent example of a great start on cryptocurrency education in the region.
