Well, give them information to help them understand the technology.
If they know how it works, they could use it to counter terrorism as they say. We should be glad someone is looking out for us. To me it does not matter if it was the USA / Russia / China / Irak ... As long as people stop killing each other for "Religious" reasons.
How the hell.. Do you kill someone, and then expect that they would respect your religion and then accept it?
