The blockchain do not lie and it holds the transactions for generations. Even if mixers are used, it could be traced. Just create the tools to hold the honey.

Either way I remember the representative for the CEO of the International Center saying we can still follow bitcoin at the USA Senate Hearing so there is some mitigated risk here.
