Well I'm glad it's not negative news which it could easily have been. If the gov wanted to throttle its use they easily could. Glad to see cex being one of the first major UK retailers to accept and pay out in btc too. Looking good for the UK at the minute. I hope some more big retailers get on board soon to push more adoption.

Although the gov is supporting bitcoin, the startups there still encounters a lot of obstacles from bank industry. Bitcoin's inherent anonymous features don't comply with their rule. The banks fear to touch the red line of anti-money laundering law. If bank industry don't adapt to the nature of bitcoin, they will lag behind others' banks in other countries.
