I am sending a letter to Tom Taylor this week. It explains that the reason he has not heard from me is because I have been shopping at Overstock, which is true.

Well I cant match that but i did leave them feedback on how to improve their service Smiley
I'm thinking about sending him my login info so he can see for himself. Since I have no credit card linked to my account there is little security risk for me. He can see what I bought and where it was shipped, but there is no money there to steal.

Haha. I'm sure mentioning you've been taking your custom to Overstock will get his attention. Send him a few screenshots instead. I don't think Amazon will like being second best to a competitor on this front.

"Tom Taylor of the Amazon payments head explained that because the company isn’t hearing from customers that they want to engage in Bitcoin, Amazon doesn’t have plans to accept Bitcoin. This may change in the future depending on the correct circumstances."

Guess we better get on that https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us

I dunno, I asked back in November 2013, and I can't suspect I am alone. Here is their response:

-- STAR
-- China UnionPay (credit card only)

You can learn more about these payment methods on our Help pages:

Thanks again for your suggestion! We hope to see you again soon.

Best regards,
